About the Role:
We’re seeking Relationship Bankers (SAFE) to join our national branch network. In this role, you’ll build long-term customer relationships, deliver personalised financial solutions, and become a trusted advisor in your local community.
If you’re not yet licensed, you’ll begin as a Licensed Banker in Training (Relationship Banker LP - SAFE) and transition into the full role after completing our paid licensing program (FINRA Series 6 & 63 and applicable insurance requirements).
What You’ll Do:
- Build trust and deepen relationships with customers through proactive conversations
- Recommend our products and services that align with each customer's goals
- Support both personal and small business clients with financial solutions
- Open and service accounts, resolve issues, and provide follow-up support
- Refer customers to financial advisors, mortgage consultants, or business banking partners
- Promote digital banking tools and technology
- Meet regulatory requirements (SAFE Act, Loan Originator qualification standards, etc.)
- Demonstrate sound risk awareness and compliance in all interactions

Qualifications Required:
- 2 years of customer service experience (or equivalent)
- 1 year of experience assessing and meeting customer needs
- 1 year of building lasting client or partner relationships
Preferred:
- FINRA Series 6 & 63 (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe)
- State Insurance license(s)
- Sales, banking, or financial services experience
- Strong knowledge of consumer lending and digital banking tools
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
