Remediation System / Implementation Specialist
Wheat Ridge, CO (Office & Field-Based)
$35–$50/hour (DOE)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (with flexibility)

We design, build, and operate systems that clean up soil and groundwater, and we need a hands-on, problem-solving Remediation System / Implementation Specialist to help us keep those systems running smoothly and effectively across Colorado and beyond.

What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize soil and groundwater remediation systems
- Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical work on pneumatic, electric, and control equipment
- Support in-situ treatment projects, pilot tests, and short-term injection activities
- Track system performance, schedule preventative maintenance, and lead repairs
- Train field staff in day-to-day monitoring and issue detection
- Coordinate equipment procurement, shipping, and field logistics
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and communications with the team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude (no license required)
- Experience with pneumatic/electric systems, PLCs, and telemetry a big plus
- Comfortable with both fieldwork and office work (roughly 75/25 split)
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state
- Strong communication, time management, and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred but not required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, or environmental science
- Experience in remediation, environmental construction, or technical fieldwork
- Familiarity with solar-powered equipment, system specs, and PSM standards
Work Environment
- Field-based with regular travel to project sites in Colorado (day trips)
- Occasional out-of-state travel as needed
- Office work based in Wheat Ridge, CO
- Flexible hours depending on project needs, including occasional early mornings or weekends
