Salary Description $38-$53/hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing (but not limited to)
- Oversee and lead HVAC installation projects, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform HVAC installations with the team
- Supervise, train and mentor a team of HVAC Installers, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to maintain system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct inspections after installations, repair any errors and ensure to coach/counsel Installation.
- Ensure the Install Team has all materials needed for installation project
- Ensure assigned employees are taking clocking in and out according to policy
What We’re Looking For
- Must be available to work weekends as needed.
- A minimum of seven years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Three to five years of experience in a Lead/Foreman role including supervising teams.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 100 lbs safely.
- Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl and/or kneel continually.
- EPA certification a plus
- A valid California Driver's License pursuant to company policy
