Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12-$16 per hour (with tips included)

Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:

· Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee and tea beverages with precision and attention to detail.

· Showcase creativity by consistently creating captivating latte art to elevate the coffee experience.

Customer Interaction:

· Engage customers and provide assistance in selecting beverages, offering personalized recommendations as needed.

· Efficiently handle food orders and serve a variety of delicious snacks, pastries, and meals.

Food Preparation:

· Adhere to specified recipes and quality standards in the preparation of food items.

· Ensure dishes are presented in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining high standards of taste and appearance.

Workspace Maintenance:

· Maintain a clean, organized workstation, and kitchen area to ensure a hygienic and efficient environment.

· Keep the wash sink clear of dishes to facilitate smooth operations.

Cash Handling and POS Operation:

· Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

· Operate the POS system proficiently to streamline the payment process.

Customer Service Excellence:

· Uphold a commitment to high customer service standards, ensuring each customer leaves with a positive and memorable experience.

Team Collaboration:

· Collaborate with the team to foster a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff.

· Adapt to store changes and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Requirements:

· Prior experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is required. However, we are willing to train a candidate who demonstrates a genuine passion for coffee and a strong willingness to learn.

· Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

· A flair for creativity in crafting beverages and latte art is highly valued.

· Must be a team player and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
