POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Chef de Partie is responsible for delivering and preparing fantastic menu items in a timely manner, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. The individual supports management in supervising back of house operations; ensuring recipe instructions, proper portioning methods, and cooking standards are followed to fulfill our guest’s expectations. The Chef de Partie helps maintain a kitchen that is clean and organized while preparing food for our guests according to quality standards.
