Heavy Phone handling of Customer Service Team phone line
Ensure effective, efficient, and timely customer care for orders received via email and phone; polite and courteous response is critical
Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems as they occur, getting to the root cause of the concern efficiently
Enter orders timely and accurately as received
Communicate critical issues and information to team members and supervisor to ensure problem resolution.
Requirements
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when speaking and responding to customers
Experience in customer care or combination of education and work experience conducive to providing quality, prompt, and professional service preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as professional telephone etiquette
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and follow-up skills
Proficient typing and computer skills
Able to work effectively as a team and/or independently
