Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead the overall day to day operation of the Monroe Township, NJ Distribution Center. The position is responsible for talent acquisition, training, scheduling and ensuring a safe work environment. Shift Available First Shift, Monday - Friday with overtime as required, including some weekends. Your Responsibilities: Lead the day to day operations of a distribution center Ensure all jobs flow through the operation to meet customer SLA Ensure a safe work environment Oversee hiring, training and maintaining employee relations Responsible for controlling expenses, inventory control and loss prevention Ensures timely distribution of products to enterprise customers Adhere to established warehouse policies and practices Track Key Performance Indices You Must Have: H.S. Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years experience in distribution supervision Inventory control experience Strong working understanding of FedEx, UPS manifesting systems. Knowledge of operations of material handling equipment such as sit-down lift trucks, reach trucks and order pickers. Proficient in LEAN Principles Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and utilizing bar code scanners We Would Also Prefer: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Taylor is proud to now offer Daily Pay.
