Taylor Life Center (TLC) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resource Assistant to join our HR team. This role supports various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate can work independently, is engaging, maintains confidentiality, ability to handle sensitive information, and professional. This position is five (5) days a week Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Qualifications and Education Minimum Requirements
- Ability to travel with a reliable personal vehicle that is legal in the state of Michigan
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- One year experience is preferred in customer service and human resources.
- Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 18 years of age or older
- Working telephone
- Pass all regulatory checks
- Must obtain and maintain required trainings
