Position Summary
The Senior Warehouse Systems Management Super User serves as the primary subject-matter expert for Taylor Logistics’ warehouse systems and operational platforms. This role supports warehouse leadership and site Super Users across all locations, provides advanced system troubleshooting, and partners with Operations and IT to ensure system accuracy, process consistency, and continuous improvement. The Sr. Warehouse Systems Management Super User plays a key role in driving system adoption, training, and optimization throughout Taylor Logistics’ warehouse network.

Position Summary
The Senior Warehouse Systems Management Super User serves as the primary subject-matter expert for Taylor Logistics’ warehouse systems and operational platforms. This role supports warehouse leadership and site Super Users across all locations, provides advanced system troubleshooting, and partners with Operations and IT to ensure system accuracy, process consistency, and continuous improvement. The Sr. Warehouse Systems Management Super User plays a key role in driving system adoption, training, and optimization throughout Taylor Logistics’ warehouse network.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Warehouse Management System Super Users
- Act as the lead warehouse systems expert and escalation point for site Super Users and warehouse leadership.
- Support warehouse systems including, but not limited to, WMS, RF scanning, inventory control, labor management, reporting, and related operational technologies.
- Lead and support system testing, upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.
- Partner with Operations leadership and IT to ensure systems support efficient, compliant, and standardized warehouse processes.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials, standard work, and user guides.
- Support new site startups, warehouse system rollouts, and process transitions.
- Monitor system usage to ensure data integrity, system integrity, and audit readiness.
- Assist with reporting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach and mentor site-level Super Users and warehouse system champions.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflows, automation, and system utilization.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3–7 years of warehouse operations and/or warehouse systems experience.
- Strong experience with WMS platforms and warehouse technologies.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a Super User, system lead, or power user.
- Proven ability to train employees, document processes, and resolve system issues.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse associates, supervisors, and leadership.
- Willingness to travel to Taylor locations as needed.
