Compensation Associate

Responsibilities
- Supporting compensation and equity program administration
- Maintaining and auditing compensation data and reporting tools
- Preparing recurring and ad-hoc compensation reports
- Participating in annual compensation review cycles
- Conducting market pricing and benchmarking analysis
- Assisting with compensation systems and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3 years of experience in compensation analytics, finance, or investment/financial services
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
