Position: Senior Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Pennsylvania or Ohio

The team is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst/Logistics Coordinator to take on the challenges of the dynamic Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania hub.
Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee inventory process and procedures for the Company’s sand business
- Estimate and implement cost-effective shipping modes and schedules
- Evaluate vendor operations including railroads, transloads, and trucking companies and resolve issues
- Help foster trusting relationships with business partners
- Track KPIs and report on shipping and fulfillment performance
- Evaluate supplier performance, enforce quality standards, and collaborate with freight forwarders and other partners to negotiate favorable terms
- Interface with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to support supply chain execution
- Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
- Identify potential supply chain risks (e.g., geopolitical, logistical, material shortages) and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator or similar role preferred
- Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, shipping methods)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational ability
- BSc/BA in Logistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Business or a related field preferred but not required
- Travel 0%-25% per month
