**Certified Nursing Assistant Opportunity** We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide optimal patient care to our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. **Job Responsibilities:** • Treat and care for residents with dignity and respect • Deliver meals and assist with feeding • Make rounds and provide responsive care and service • Turn or adjust patients in bed to prevent bedsores or discomfort • Monitor vitals and patient behavior and report to nursing and medical staff • Assist with showers or baths • Provide proper skin care and report observations of skin breakdown and pressure areas • Possess reliable transportation and be on time for assigned shifts • Perform other duties as assigned by management **About Taylorville Skilled Nursing and Rehab:** We are a community-focused organization that believes in the value of every individual.
