This role is ideal for individuals with prior dispatch experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage and coordinate various logistical operations during overnight hours.
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage dispatch operations during overnight shifts, ensuring efficient and timely execution of all assigned tasks.
- Handle customer and client inquiries related to dispatching services, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate and book events as needed, ensuring all details are organized and handled promptly.
- Work with various transportation networks, including Uber for Business, to book rides and transport services as required.
- Monitor and track the status of dispatched orders, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs and related activities.
- Respond quickly and effectively to any changes or issues that may arise during the overnight shift.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
