Overnight Dispatcher

This is a temporary position, and hours are Monday - Friday, 11 PM - 6 AM.

Client Overview : Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Overnight Dispatcher to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with prior dispatch experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage and coordinate various logistical operations during overnight hours.

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage dispatch operations during overnight shifts, ensuring efficient and timely execution of all assigned tasks.
• Handle customer and client inquiries related to dispatching services, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate and book events as needed, ensuring all details are organized and handled promptly.
• Work with various transportation networks, including Uber for Business, to book rides and transport services as required.
• Monitor and track the status of dispatched orders, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs and related activities.
• Respond quickly and effectively to any changes or issues that may arise during the overnight shift.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
