The Strategy Manager Role

The Strategy Manager is responsible for overseeing effective operations for Beyond Finance sales. Their duties include identifying, evaluating, and implementing processes to improve company operations. The ideal candidate will have the enthusiasm for evaluating existing processes and looking for opportunities to “move the needle.”

What You'll Do

• Manage new projects, process optimization, and customer and employee experience enhancements; projects will require end-to-end execution from initial assessment through recommendation and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, as well as for automation and system improvements.
• Author and deliver executive level reporting, including periodic business reviews.
• Become the SME on an area of coverage, and the trusted 'go to', such that others seek their opinion.
• Articulate suggestions and opinions to leadership frequently, backed by data and knowledge of the project and business.
