This is a full-time, short-term position slated until June 2025. TCG is pleased to offer remote employment for this role. The selected applicant must reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
US Citizenship is required for this role. In addition, the selected applicant must submit to a government background investigation and be favorably adjudicated before their first day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Help Desk support
- Respond to inbound stakeholder tickets and maintain support through issue resolution
- Contribute to project management improvement initiatives under the direction of Operations and Maintenance leadership
- Collect and validate data requirements
- Support reporting from multiple applications
- Create, validate, and recommend optimization of business processes
- Create internal guides, training materials, and end-user documentation
- Build and manage business relationships
- Support Operations and Maintenance leadership in activities including, but not limited to, use case development, documentation, test plans, quality assurance, and Agile ceremonies.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of the principles of business analysis/management gleaned through academic coursework or experience
- Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work creatively and strategically
- Demonstrate problem-solving, resourcefulness, and a willingness to bring fresh ideas
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and organizational skills
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- MS Office applications to include Word and Excel
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree required

Internal title/grade: Business Analyst T1
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000
All individuals being hired to work for TCG must submit to, and successfully pass, a pre-employment background investigation prior to reporting for their first day of work. The pre-employment background investigation will include verification of employment and education, as well as, a criminal and DMV check.
Additional documentation and background checks will also be required for positions that require clearance from the Federal government.
