Objective:
TCN Behavioral Health Services, Inc., a Non-Profit Organization, is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of MAT Technician.

Standard Work Hours:
Full-time
Some evenings and weekends may be required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Initiate, sign and set up a pick up for urine sent to the lab for analysis.
- Order lab supplies, forms, cups, pick up labels and delivery bags.
- Initiate, submit and follow up on prior authorizations for medicated assisted treatment clients.
- Checks in clients, collect any payment due, and verify demographic and insurance information to a degree of 100% accuracy.
- Make outreach calls to MAT and medical clinic clients and document all outreach calls with a memo to chart.
- Contact the Christopher House for lunches on day of inductions.
- Co-Facilitate Induction and MAT groups. Must have CDCA.
- Transfer/ discharge MAT clients from MAT program and/or organization per physicians order.
- Stock office and drug screen supplies.
- Floats to other locations as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Work Environment:
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, etc.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience: One or two years in behavioral health care field.
- Certification: CDCA or attain within 60 days of employment
- Other: Demonstrated competencies in working with Chemically dependent and/or mentally ill population
