Primary Responsibilities:
- Gathers, sorts, and scans daily mail.
- Drives to the bank to deposit checks and/or returned cash for payee clients and handles other bank transactions as needed. The bank transactions must be completed within the time limit given by the payee or within 24 business hours for emergency deposits.
- Verify all checks are signed with an authorized signature before distributing or mailing.
- Reads, completes, and responds to emails within 48 business hours after the email was sent.
- Enters budgets and prints checks towards the end of the month when budgets need finalized.
- Verifies monthly direct deposits on the third of each month to an accuracy of 100%.
- Assists the full-time/designated Payee Representative on the third of each month to complete mass mailing.

Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in human/social service field, or High School Diploma with equivalent field experience.
- Experience: 3 years working with SMD population
- Certification: First Aid; CPR; De-escalation.
- Other: Valid Ohio driver’s license; proof of automobile liability insurance; meets ODMH licensure and certification requirements; competencies for serving the SMD population.
