Job Description

The Operations Coordinator is a key member of our Home Office Team, tasked with supporting Operational initiatives under the direction of Senior Leadership in support of Clinic Management. This role will serve in a functional and strategic capacity to ensure the success of daily processes and long term initiatives at a local and system level. 

This opportunity is based at our home office in Flower Mound, TX with primary travel within DFW and potentially to Colorado, Oklahoma, and Houston Metro.

Summary & Expectations:

  • Track progress and accountability of operational initiatives
  • Respond to Clinic Leadership requests and inquiries, escalating as necessary
  • Maintain awareness of potential operational obstacles at all levels
  • Consult with and inform relevant departments of necessary information
  • Attend weekly Operations meetings in support of Clinic and Senior Leadership
  • Distribute and collect related information as necessary from systems or colleagues
  • Engage all employees, respond and route feedback effectively
  • Develop and update reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Contribute to a motivating therapy environment
  • Consistently develop your own job knowledge and advance your career!

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree preferred with a concentration in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management or related
  • Prior experience in an administrative or operational support role desired
  • Demonstrated success in communicating with various audiences and the ability to adjust messaging as necessary
  • Ability to receive and deliver constructive feedback
  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals preferred

Additional Information

This is a salary exempt role reporting to the Executive Operations Director, which requires prolonged sitting/standing in an office based environment.  Requires working under stressful conditions to meet deadlines and organizational needs. 

Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
