Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for projects.
- Oversee project closeout tasks, including securing project manuals and as-builts.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of construction procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with construction management software.
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
