Key Responsibilities:
- Lead diagnostic expert in the shop; handles the most challenging repair cases.
- Guide, train, and evaluate other technicians.
- Ensure shop processes align with OEM standards and best practices.
- May assist in workflow management, quality control, or service department leadership.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- 7 years of extensive automotive repair experience.
- Must have ASE Master Certification (A1–A8) or manufacturer Master Technician status (e.g., Ford Senior Master, Toyota Master Tech).
- Strong background in both diagnostics and repair across all vehicle systems.
Salary : $30 - $45
