Job Duties:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to prioritize dealership-owned vehicles for servicing.
- Answer and manage internal service inquiries from dealership departments.
- Identify service needs for trade-ins, pre-owned inventory, and loaner vehicles.
- Provide detailed explanations of parts and service availability, warranty coverage, and repair timelines to internal teams.
- Assist technicians in fulfilling parts and service requests by researching appropriate parts, warranty options, and labor times.
- Maintain internal service documentation and ensure accuracy of repair orders.
- Work closely with technicians and management to ensure inventory vehicles meet dealership standards.
- Use dealership software to track repairs and provide service updates to sales and management teams.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work alternating Saturdays.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Must be TEAM-oriented and focused on efficiency.
