Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice in the utility construction business since 1936, is hiring a Project Administrator for electric construction projects at our Plant City, FL (Tampa area) office. The Project Administrator will provide administrative support to our construction project teams using Primavera project management software.
Responsibilities
1. Assists the Project Manager with various administrative tasks
2. Reconciles completed units and provides feedback to Project Management and Supervisor
3. Monitors project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
4. Reports and tracks all aspects of a project using project management software
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Experience using Primavera project management software
2. Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office tools
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. A working understanding of electrical construction is a plus
