Seeking a transaction coordinator to support our real estate team at our Anacortes office. Candidate must hold an active WA license, applications without this requirement will not be considered.
Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks from contract to close, such as handling escrow documents, coordinating inspections and repairs, and obtaining seller approval for offers.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time.
