Team Select Home Care is looking for a Direct Care Worker in the Buck's county Area to join our Team Select family. We do private duty, One on one in home care with adult patients.

Responsibilities
- Providing assistance and hygiene care as directed, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities and assisting with measurements, if necessary
- Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, shopping, companionship
- Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
- Must be on time and be able to make commute
- No call outs, MUST show up to scheduled time
- Hoyer lift experience/ if not we supply training
- Must Drive the client
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 26 per week
