Position: Account Manager | Commercial and Residential

Our Customer Satisfaction team guides the customer journey from inquiry to installation. We're looking for customer enthusiasts who can help home and business owners navigate a major remodeling investment, as well as a *new* project from concept to finished product. While you will certainly be expected to soak up product knowledge, your most important trait is the ability to solve problems given the vast array of tools at your disposal. If you're the kind of person that people naturally like and trust, this might be the opportunity for you. • Providing outstanding customer service by being a valuable resource to our clients and solving problems.
• Learning and applying our interior solutions for our client's projects.
• Estimate projects using our state-of-the-art estimation software and ERP.
• Manage customer expectations from start to finish.
• Willingness to undergo extensive product training to become a certified interiors expert.
• Keep up to date on the wide selection of floors we offer along with the benefits and warranties provided by each.
• Willingness to learn software and technology platforms to efficiently communicate and translate our solutions into reality for deep customer satisfaction and retention.
• Must be driven to find solutions for our clients.

• 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales, or project coordination — ideally in interiors, design, construction, or related fields (preferred, not required)
• Prior experience in estimating, quoting, or working with project management tools is a plus
• Background in flooring, cabinetry, countertops, or interior finishes is highly desirable, but not required — we will train the right candidate

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust quickly with residential and commercial clients
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable managing multiple clients, timelines, and tasks simultaneously
• Ability to learn and adapt to complex product knowledge and software platforms
• Comfortable using (or learning) ERP systems, estimation software, and CRM tools
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• A creative eye or interest in design/interiors is a strong bonus

Salary : $45,000 - $85,000
