Data Engineer (Locals Preferred)

Position: Data Engineer

Required Skills:- SQL, Python, Data Modeling, Tableau
Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Analytics or related major
10 years of industry or combination of industry and academic experience in data engineering or analytics
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (Python, Java, Javascript, shell or similar), Python is preferred.
Expert in SQL including stored procedures, complex joins, creation of views, database scripting and performance tuning
Knowledge of relational databases, including data architectures and structures
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker etc.
Knowledge of product or project management
MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Access; SharePoint
Excellent writing and communication skills, interpersonal skills
Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities on very tight deadlines
Team player - this is a highly collaborative and supportive team environment
Self-starter History of taking initiative, being proactive, and accomplishing goals
