Someone that enjoys a variety of mechanical systems/applications, some of which are complex, is the ideal candidate. Our work includes scheduled maintenance, equipment service and repairs, and large-scale capital upgrades. Future growth potential includes project management, customer account management, account sales, or beyond. Competent industry knowledge and good customer engagement habits are both necessary.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Commercial plumbing and/or HVAC experience, either in the field or from a conceptual standpoint.
- An eager approach to teamwork.
- Outstanding relationship building through a pleasant and genuine disposition. We aren’t big on slick sales traits.
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Loves the technological innovations of this industry and finds the best options out there.
- Can coach and be coachable in the ways of serving the team.
- Help our customers get their problems resolved quickly and to their desire. May require customer site visits on occasion.
- Determine the scope and execution methods of work needed.
- Collaborate internally to help generate company revenue.
- Coordinate with supply chain, shipping department, and peers to provide accurate updates to customer.
- Communicate effectively with peers to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
