Location: United States
Function: Executive Leadership
Reports to: Group CEO
Type: Full‑time
About Teceze
Teceze is a fast‑growing global IT services company that has achieved multifold growth over the past three years. We help customers modernize and secure their technology estates through Digital Workplace Services, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Staff Augmentation, and Global Procurement Services.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a CEO, Americas—a seasoned operator who has previously led an IT services organization and scaled revenues from roughly $50M to $250M within three years. This is a client‑facing, growth role responsible for building Teceze’s credibility and market presence across the Americas, with a sharp focus on acquiring direct mid‑market clients and accelerating profitable, sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do
Own the business
- Full P&L accountability for the Americas region; deliver revenue growth, gross margin expansion, and EBITDA targets.
- Translate the global strategy into a compelling Americas plan, with clear bets by segment, vertical, and service line.
Go‑to‑market & brand
- Build a direct‑sales engine targeting mid‑market clients (typically $100M–$2B revenue), prioritizing high‑propensity industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, technology).
- Establish Teceze’s brand in the region through thought leadership, events, partnerships, and reference wins.
- Define and refine value propositions for Digital Workplace, Cloud & Infra, Cybersecurity, Staff Augmentation, and Global Procurement Services.
Client acquisition & expansion
- Personally lead C‑suite conversations, major pursuits, and executive sponsorship of strategic accounts.
- Institute an account‑based marketing (ABM) motion and rigorous pipeline governance (e.g., MEDDICC/Command of the Message or equivalent).
- Improve win rates, deal velocity, and average contract value; drive cross‑sell/upsell across service lines.
Delivery excellence
- Partner with global delivery to ensure SLA adherence, CSAT/NPS improvements, and efficient utilization across nearshore/offshore teams.
- Stand up outcome‑based offerings and reference architectures (e.g., managed workplace powered by M365/Intune/ITSM, cloud landing zones, MDR/SOC services).
- Embed continuous improvement and standardized delivery playbooks.
Organization building
- Hire and develop a high‑performing leadership bench: VP Sales, Regional Delivery Director, Pre‑Sales/Solutions, Marketing, and a Regional Finance lead.
- Create an accountable, metrics‑driven culture with clear operating cadences, dashboards, and QBRs.
- Where appropriate, evaluate tuck‑in acquisitions or strategic alliances to accelerate capability and market access.
Commercial & operational rigor
- Own pricing, contracting, and unit economics; improve gross margin through mix, rate cards, utilization, and delivery efficiency.
- Oversee risk, compliance, and data privacy for the region in line with global standards.
- Build strategic vendor and channel relationships to complement a direct‑sell motion (hyperscalers, cybersecurity vendors, device/OEM, distributors).
What You’ll Bring
- Proven scale experience: Former CEO/President/GM of an IT services business who grew from ~$50M to $250M in ≤3 years.
- Client‑facing leader: Trusted executive presence with a track record of closing multi‑million‑dollar services deals and serving as the executive sponsor.
- Domain depth: Practical command of Digital Workplace, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Staff Augmentation, and Procurement Services (commercial models, SLAs, and delivery).
- P&L ownership: Strong financial acumen—pricing, margin levers, utilization, backlog/ACV, forecasting.
- Builder mentality: Comfortable in high‑growth environments; can design GTM from first principles and industrialize it.
- People leadership: Recruits, scales, and coaches diverse teams across sales, marketing, delivery, and operations.
- Partnerships & ecosystem: Experience cultivating alliances that unlock pipeline and delivery leverage.
