Pay: $34-38/hr DOE

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plumbing Foreman to lead and coordinate construction crews on various projects. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of plumbing construction, and excellent organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Oversee and manage construction crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
• Maintain project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.
• Lead by example with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Operate Trimble and CAD software as needed.
• Work in various environmental conditions, including extreme weather.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and squatting for extended periods.
• Safely work at heights using ladders, scaffolds, and manlifts.
• Work in excavated trenches when required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 7 years of Commercial Construction experience.
• Type 2 hardhat
• Valid Driver’s License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
