- Communicate solutions clearly to users, ensuring smooth and functional outcomes across systems.
Required skills
- Experience with Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (registry, services, event viewer) – Required
- Proficiency in macOS user management, configuration, and troubleshooting – Desired
- Skilled in diagnosing hardware issues and repairing desktops/laptops, including RAM and drive replacement – Required
- Able to set up and troubleshoot peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and monitors – Required
- Familiar with standard Wi‑Fi protocols (e.g., WPA2/3) and diagnosing wireless connectivity issues – Required
- Advanced support of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and data recovery – Required
- Experience using remote desktop tools like TeamViewer, RDP, and AnyDesk – Nice to have
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex user issues – Required
- Effective verbal and written communication, including documentation – Required

Job Type: Contract
