Techline, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative to work in the Austin, Texas branch. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional responsiveness to each client’s needs and requests. The primary role would be developing, implementing, and managing customer accounts and serving as the liaison between the clients, vendors, and the company. Techline Account Representatives have a primary goal of sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Major Responsibilities/Tasks
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Relay customer needs to Techline staff members
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Negotiate with the manufacturer regarding pricing and delivery details
The account representative role is essential to conducting the general business operations of Techline, Inc. and in meeting the needs of its customers. Skillfully exercising independent judgment and discretion is essential to the success of someone in this position.

- Minimum of one-year sales-based work experience required
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in engineering-based, industrial distribution, or applicable field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required
