Water Districts Project Manager

Join a small and growing engineering consultancy as a Project Manager in Houston. You’ll lead water, wastewater & stormwater municipal infrastructure projects at this reputable firm with established client relationships built over the last 50 years and exciting pipeline of upcoming project work.

The job

• Lead municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, stormwater, etc.) from planning through construction.
• Serve as primary client contact, building strong relationships with public agencies.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports.
• Coordinate teams and consultants to maintain schedule and communication.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Support construction with technical guidance and mentor junior staff.

What are they looking for?

• Bachelor’s in civil engineering or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas.
• At least 5 years’ experience managing municipal engineering projects.
• Examples of Water/Wastewater, and Stormwater Systems project work.
