What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Maintenance Technician position at Technical Source?
Technical Source is currently in search of a Process Maintenance Technician for our pharmaceutical client located in the Holly Springs, NC area. Qualified candidates will have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on sterile filling and packaging equipment used in pharmaceutical vaccine production.
Responsibilities of the Process Maintenance Technician include:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, participate in continuous improvement of sterile filling process and packaging equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components of automated control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servo Drives)
- Utilize and navigate CMMS software for proper record keeping and documentation
Qualifications of the Process Maintenance Technician include:
- 1 years’ experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining process equipment
- Strong knowledge of GMP and processes in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Experience with CMMS, PLCs, PAS, & SAP
Compensation for the Process Maintenance Technician includes:
- Pay of $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience and fit
- Benefits, medical, dental, and vision offered
