Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Recruiter leads full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions at the Dalton, GA facility. This role will apply talent acquisition (TA) strategies to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process, the candidate experience, and the quality of candidates hired. The Recruiter must be metric-driven, working to efficiently & effectively fill open roles within time-to-fill goals. This role will utilize TA tools, systems, principles, and best practices for the end-to-end corporate recruiting lifecycle strategy.
JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Applies a good understanding of TA tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS) and strategies to build a network in order to quickly identify and hire qualified, diverse candidates for multiple workstreams.
- Applies knowledge and principles of TA programs, policies, processes, labor law (where applicable), interviewing, compensation, negotiation, and some business and industry factors to compliantly source, recruit, hire, onboard, transfer, and disposition candidates.
- Gathers, integrates, and interprets information from supervisors and other stakeholders in order to understand the qualifications & needs for open positions.
- Works under minimal direction to manage a workload of job requisitions across multiple departments and sites within Techniplas, and fill those positions with quality candidates within a timely manner.
- Proactively communicates requisition-level hiring status and updates to the hiring manager and leadership team.
- Collaborates and develops effective working relationships with partners within and outside team to accomplish mutual goals.
- Completes work (requisition fulfillment, sourcing, etc.) on time with minimal guidance; stays attuned to details across multiple tasks and ensures work is accurate and complete.
- Work with hiring managers to define job specifications, competencies and skills required

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment and sourcing experience is required. 3 years is preferred
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing organizations is highly preferred
- Building Trusting Relationships - The ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships, and rapport internally (hiring managers, leadership) and externally (candidates, vendors). This includes delivering on commitments and maintaining confidential information, as well as being approachable, and relating well to people regardless of personality or background.

- Decision-Making - The ability to make quick, accurate decisions regarding candidates and next steps in the recruitment process.

- Technical Knowledge - Knowledge of the principles and practices for end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for diverse talent in order to support TA strategies, processes, and programs (e.g., relocation, immigration). This includes knowledge of TA systems and tools (e.g., ATS) and business, industry, legal, and compliance factors to enable TA solutions that add business value.
