Compliance Tester

Kforce has a client in need of a Compliance Tester in Boston, MA. The Compliance Tester is responsible for reviewing and testing business activities to ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures.

Responsibilities :

• The Compliance Tester will be coordinating and conducting detailed compliance examinations of company business and third-party servicers
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures
• Work both independently and in conjunction with other Compliance Testers and management
• Performs compliance examinations independently as needed or in conjunction with variously assigned personnel
• Create testing scripts and conduct fieldwork (review of policies and procedures and perform transactional testing)
• As a Compliance Tester, this role works with management to determine scope and examination techniques required to assess the area of compliance
• Reviews a variety of documentation, examines methods and systems, and interviews personnel to obtain information on actual practice
• Compares practice with regulatory and internal requirements to identify variances
• Determines areas where corrective action is required
• Prepares written reports on examination findings and recommendations
• Prepares and presents conclusions and recommendations to management
• As a Compliance Tester, this role communicates potential issues, both verbally and in writing, to management
