ServiceNow Project Manager
Location : Rockville, MD - Hybrid / Remote but occasional visit is required.
Duration : Long term
End Client : Federal- Health and Human Services
Pay rate : Market
Active Public trust clearance / Or clearable
Prior experience with HRSA, HHS, and other government exp.
Previous ServiceNow implementation experience is required. ITSM, ITAM and Integration experience is essential. Especially ITAM, as they will do a full implementation of ITAM.
JD :
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Computer Science or other related disciplines
- 10 years of overall experience. 5 years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects with a strong focus on ITSM, ITAM, and Integration.
- Proven experience implementing and managing complex ServiceNow integrations between different instances.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Familiarity with CLIENT operational requirements and federal government service management processes is a plus.
- Experience with data governance, risk management, and change control processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
