Job Description
We are hiring OPT Recruiters, Technical Recruiters, and Bench Sales Recruiters to support our US IT staffing operations. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in recruiting, sourcing, screening, or marketing consultants for US-based clients and vendors, with a strong understanding of US staffing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates across OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC categories
- Recruit OPT and entry-level candidates as well as experienced IT professionals
- Market bench consultants to direct clients, vendors, and MSPs
- Submit candidates to client requirements and manage interview coordination
- Negotiate rates, employment terms, and closing timelines
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements using ATS and internal trackers
- Ensure compliance with US staffing and employment guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in US IT Recruiting / OPT Recruiting / Bench Sales
- Strong understanding of US work authorizations (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC)
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US time zones
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with direct clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools
- Target-driven mindset with proven closure capability
