Project Manager
We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Steel Fabrication growing team. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of steel projects—ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with engineers, clients, contractors, vendors, and detailers to coordinate all phases of project planning and execution.

Location: Rochester, MN (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all projects are completed on or below estimated budgets
- Participate in bid review and project turnover meetings
- Oversee and maintain project schedules for both billing and production activities
- Submit and manage change orders for all scope adjustments
- Serve as a primary liaison between the company, customers, and vendors
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction-related industry
- Strong background in project management, mainly where frequent change orders occur
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to work on-site, in SE Minnesota
- Travel 10%
- Stable work history
