Program Analyst

TechOp Solutions seeks a Sr. Program Analyst that will support key organizational objectives by providing comprehensive administrative, analytical, and strategic assistance. This role involves coordinating project management tasks, performing in-depth analyses, managing critical program data, and supporting outreach and event activities. The Program Analyst plays a vital role in helping the organization meet its goals through effective planning, data-driven insights, and engagement support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program analysis, project management, or related fields; DoD experience preferred.
• Strong skills in data analysis, report generation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting Federal SBIR/STTR Programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings, maintaining high-quality standards.
