Looking for a qualified semiconductor QA Engineer to organize semiconductor quality related activities according to internal and customer specifications.
Supporting company results in continuous improvement of IC product quality and meets the customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handling RMA, Failure Analysis / Root Cause Analysis / CAPA, and customer requests.
- Conducting 8D report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
- Utilizing QA tools of 8D, FMEA, and fishbone diagrams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for customer returned issues.
- Handling supplies’ manufacturing issues and monitoring / evaluating their performance.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of supplier corrective / preventive actions also log and follow-up supplier quality complaints.
- Managing and handling new product qualification based on industrial quality standards, including JEDEC and AEC-Q100 automotive qualification.
