What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Office Assistant position at Teck Electric?

Current opening for a support person in our fast paced construction office. This position requires a person with strong communication and time management skills. This position will process customer calls and scheduling, plus back up support to other office functions. Minimum of two years experience in construction/trade industry preferred. Must be proficient in Word, Excel,Outlook and Quick Books, with the ability to manage a multi-line phone system. Hours are Monday-Friday 7AM to 3PM

Job Type: Full-time
