Team Lead - Green Hills

We’re looking for talented Part-Time Team Leads that will contribute to a profitable and customer-centric environment through management of our total store operations. They will support product flow and apply merchant and customer service skills to curate a compelling in-store experience. Responsibilities include cultivating an environment of genuine customer connection, demonstrating extraordinary service, facilitating a positive service environment and team development, supporting store leadership in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of strong communication and teamwork, delivering world-class in-person training, ensuring compliance with training policies, productive planning and execution of visual merchandising directives, maintaining store presentation and marketing elements, facilitating product knowledge sharing, upholding stock-to-sales processes and presentation standards, adhering to loss prevention procedures, and driving a consistent store experience with excellent operational and visual standards. Qualifications include 1-2 years retail management experience, availability to work 15-25 hours per week, exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills, and a proactive work ethic. Requirements include being at least 18 years old, ability to stand/walk for extended periods, ability to lift up to 30lbs, reliable transportation, and availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
