Estimator / Commercial Roofing
The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for estimating and bidding projects with a complete and comprehensive review of project plans and specifications.
Secure pricing, communicate and analyze project labor requirements.
Build and maintain strong communication, written and verbal, with project managers, customers, architects, consultants, vendors, etc.
Requirements :
- Three (3) years commercial / industrial roofing estimating experience
- Strong estimating and sales skills
- Knowledge of various roof manufacturers' system requirements and assemblies
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required
Compensation $75,000 - $100,000 Bonus
Starting pay is commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications.
