Position Overview:
This position is responsible for various areas of human resources including the administration of HR policies and procedures, training and development, benefits, employee communications, and employee relations. This position will oversee a small and local HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures and provide input to the future development of policies and procedures.
- Update US Employee Handbook
- Ensure a facilitative, responsive, proactive, and service oriented approach to providing human resources services in a transformational environment.
- Oversee and/or facilitate recruitment efforts and extend and negotiate offers to candidates.
- Participate in the onboarding process and integration of employees into the company; including but not limited to overseeing the management of the current ERP system and employee data, and conducting new hire orientation as needed.
- Approve and oversee the payroll function.
- Work with law firm to administer immigration documents and processing required for onboarding new hires and maintaining current work force visas.
- Support global expat initiatives and administer required contracts and documentation for the site, including but not limited to employment, immigration, housing and cultural integration.
- Oversee local performance review and merit process.
- Assist with internal transfers.
- Administer development plans, work with managers to identify corrective actions and appropriate training for performance improvement plans.
- Support participation in benefit and compensation surveys to determine industry competitiveness and analyze results.
- Assist with benefit administration.
- Administer training on procedures and processes.
- Exemplify and foster a culture focused on people.
- Administer local SharePoint and Teams site as an information resource for employees and the HR community.
- Drive and lead special projects geared toward improving HR ways of working and the employee experience.
- Provide financial and global metric reporting on key performance indicators within HR.
- Ensure sound fiscal management and stewardship of resources within HR.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements governing human resources.
- Conduct Exit Interviews and assist in offboarding employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualification, Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR generalist role with increasing responsibility.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Direct work experience with employee benefits and employee relations is preferred.

Pay: $43,523.00 - $87,433.00 per year
