Job Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to determine their needs and wants in a vehicle
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle inventory, and sales performance
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about vehicle features and specifications
- Demonstrate vehicles features, explain benefits, and demonstrate how customers can make best use of them
- Negotiate sale terms with customers
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote product and services
- Educate customers on financing options and help them select the best option
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services
