Responsibilities

• Maintain top-notch sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas.
• Keep food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils sparkling clean.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles with ease.
• Ensure every dish meets our high standards for quality and quantity.
• Take food and drink orders and handle customer payments efficiently.
• Prepare and cook food according to orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients for cooking.
• Accurately measure ingredients for specific menu items.
• Prepare dough by following recipes and mix ingredients for items like pancake or waffle batters.
• Coordinate activities and equipment use with managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with ordering and receiving supplies to keep our kitchen stocked and ready.
