The Facilities Coordinator supports the daily operations and maintenance of company buildings and grounds. This role ensures that facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, and that workplace services meet the needs of employees and visitors. The Coordinator serves as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, helping manage repairs, supplies, room setups, and office space planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee building maintenance, cleaning, and repair services.
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and service providers (e.g., Maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical).
Track and manage inventory of office supplies, furniture, and maintenance equipment.
Assist in planning and executing office moves, layout changes, and space planning.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and report or resolve issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor and manage facility-related work orders and service requests.
Support emergency preparedness and response procedures.
Maintain records related to facility operations, contracts, and vendor performance.
Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for facilities-related costs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2 years of experience in facilities coordination, office management, or administrative support.
