- 5 years of experience in branch operations, leadership, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree or achievement of equivalent formal certifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing operational strategies
- Knowledge of sales-driven cultures and the ability to motivate and mentor branch personnel
- Thorough understanding of branch sales environments and effective presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for branch operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, customer service, and overall branch performance
- Collaborate with senior management to define business goals and objectives for the Member Services Division
- Foster a sales culture within the branches, implementing sales programs and guiding the development of proactive selling practices
- Monitor branch performance, identify best practices, and guide Branch Managers in achieving sales and service targets
- Develop tools, processes, and training programs to support customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling initiatives
- Evaluate existing products and recommend enhancements or additions to improve customer satisfaction and profitability
- Coordinate with the Training Department to ensure comprehensive training programs are in place for branch staff, covering operational procedures and customer service excellence
- Provide coaching, counseling, training, motivation, and performance evaluations for Branch Managers
- Collaborate with Branch Managers, COO, and external vendors to ensure branch facilities are well-maintained and operational
