Service Management Analyst

6 Month Contract

Project : Will be supporting the Oracle / Java remediation project. Primary focus is on Software Asset Management. All asset management / ITSM is hosted in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the support of the Oracle / Java project, in addition to pulling software installation data, auditing software licensing.
  • Contributing to process improvement.
  • Develops and generates service management reports and presentations as required
  • Functions as liaison between IT service owners and leadership, facilitating timely review and approval
  • Maintains service catalog, and ensures adherence to agreed upon processes and procedures
  • Attends service review meetings with the business and IT, identifies and surfaces trends and inconsistencies; proposes solutions to address needs?
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Experience with Asset Management specifically software. Licensing, user accesses, etc
  • Should be able to write basic SQL queries and do Vlookup in Excel
  • Good communication & soft skills need to be able to work with business side and engineers. Any BA experience would be a plus
  • Process improvement experience
  • Oracle / Java need to have a basic understanding. Will be working with engineers who will use technical vernacular.

    • Ideally looking for someone with a technical education Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar
