Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) solutions.
- Manage end-to-end WMS implementations, including multi-site or large-scale deployments.
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend custom design enhancements based on client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during integration meetings, ensuring seamless data and process flow.
- Work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle to maintain strong partnerships.
- Leverage Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF) and RESTful APIs for system integrations.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to other team members; set technical best practices.
- Ensure adherence to WMS and supply chain standards and identify risks with appropriate mitigation plans.
- Participate in the creation and reuse of configuration patterns and documentation.
- Support interface mapping with upstream/downstream systems and ensure reliable system communication.
